How to reserve an item
- Reserve an item only if you are sure that you would be getting it and  would be able to pay within 2 days.
- Reservations will be canceled if unpaid after the 2 day time frame elapsed.
- Fill out the order form and send it through our email.
 How to pay for your item(s)
- Pay within the next two (2) days upon reservation.
- Through bank deposit- information will be given upon request. - Text us once you've deposited the payment so we can ship your merchandise.

 How to get your item(s)
- Shipping (shall be shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise stated - items would be received in 1-2 working days).

A. Full Name
B. Shipping Address (make sure you give the correct and exact address)
C. Contact Number

Froufrou will not be held responsible for losses incurred during shipment.  Shipping in the Philippines only. We will not replace or exchange items, any minimal defects will be disclosed, all item information will be up on the site. So be sure to consult the size guide before ordering.
